- No. Double down with any soft hand that is not a blackjack. Other
- than that, hit if there is no risk of busting, stand if there is any
- risk of busting. Double if you hold a pair of 4's or a pair of 5's,
- split all other pairs. You'd prefer the dealer had a 4,5, or 6 when
- splitting 10's.
