- INFORMATION NEEDED RE: KENTUCKY
-
- A friend of mine wants to leave the NY/NJ metropolitan area and get off the
- corporate merry-go-round. She is considering moving to KY -- not too far
- from her East coast roots, but far enough south to what she thinks might be
- an easier pace of life.
-
- She will need a place to rent, preferably in a small town and probably on
- the eastern side of the state near the mountains. She wants to leave her
- office career of 14 years and, in her words, 'do something constructive',
- like work as a vet tech or assistant in a vet's office, or help care for
- horses in exchange for a place to live.
-
- Any leads? Towns in which to start looking? Vets who might be looking
- for help? My friend is serious about this, but needs a starting point.
-
- Thanks!
- Steve
