- Hi all!
-
- All of these stories about dogs who chase horses reminded me of
- a story I read someone some time ago. The author told of a pony
- she'd had as a child (if I recall correctly) who loved to chase
- cats. At first, just chasing them was fun. Then he discovered
- that he could grab a cat by the tail and swing the poor creature
- around. Eviedently getting scratched in the face didn't serve
- to decrease his pleasure in swinging cats around. One day, he was
- out in a field of fairly tall grass, and he saw a black fluffy tail,
- and apparently assuming it belonged to a long-haired black cat that
- he loved to torment, he grabbed it and gave it a swing--and yes--
- got a face full of skunk spray.
-
- The story was very funny. Reading these posts brought it to mind,
- and I thought you might like it.
