  11. I have accumulated a lot of duplicates
  12. in my paper money collection. I'm in-
  13. terested in getting rid of them so I'm
  14. holding a "sort-of-auction":
  15. Since I am more interested in building
  16. up my collection than in making lots of
  17. money out of it, anyone offering a
  18. foreign banknote in trade can count
  19. it as 10% over Pick value as a bid on
  20. whatever you want in exchange. If I
  21. don't have it already, I will rate it
  22. at 50% over Pick, but since you don't
  23. know what I already have I can only
  24. guarantee I'll count it at 10% over.
  25. In other words, for a note rated at
  26. $5, I will count it as $5.50 if I al-
  27. ready have it and as $7.50 if I don't.
  28. I am attempting to grade the notes I
  29. offer accurately, but since some deal-
  30. ers offer as AU notes I'd swear were
  31. uncirculated, you can take my Unc's as
  32. AU/Unc if you are really picky. For
  33. lower grades I am trying to conform to
  34. the descriptions in Pick.
  35. All bids/trading offers must be sent
  36. by postal mail, not E-mail, so I can
  37. evaluate them comparatively. I do not
  38. want to have to print them out myself
  39. to look at hard copy. Therefore, bids
  40. and offers that are E-mailed will be
  41. ignored.
