- I have accumulated a lot of duplicates
- in my paper money collection. I'm in-
- terested in getting rid of them so I'm
- holding a "sort-of-auction":
- Since I am more interested in building
- up my collection than in making lots of
- money out of it, anyone offering a
- foreign banknote in trade can count
- it as 10% over Pick value as a bid on
- whatever you want in exchange. If I
- don't have it already, I will rate it
- at 50% over Pick, but since you don't
- know what I already have I can only
- guarantee I'll count it at 10% over.
- In other words, for a note rated at
- $5, I will count it as $5.50 if I al-
- ready have it and as $7.50 if I don't.
- I am attempting to grade the notes I
- offer accurately, but since some deal-
- ers offer as AU notes I'd swear were
- uncirculated, you can take my Unc's as
- AU/Unc if you are really picky. For
- lower grades I am trying to conform to
- the descriptions in Pick.
- All bids/trading offers must be sent
- by postal mail, not E-mail, so I can
- evaluate them comparatively. I do not
- want to have to print them out myself
- to look at hard copy. Therefore, bids
- and offers that are E-mailed will be
- ignored.
- Send all bids/offers to Bruce R.
- Gilson, 8304 16th St., Apt. 108,
- Silver Spring, Md. 20910.

- duplicate bin that I am offering.
