- I bought a box of 92-93 Hockey and all the gold cards were damaged.
- I shipped the cards back to Topps in two separate packages and just
- recently received the replacement cards. For my troubles they also
- threw in some extra cards: 3 91 BB cello packs in one case and
- a 90 Bowman BB rack pack in the other. Well at least the thought was
- nice 8). It took about a month from the time I sent in my cards until
- the replacements arrived.
-
- >where and in what manner do I send the cards to them to get replaced?
-
- Send the damaged cards to:
-
- The Topps Company Inc.
- 401 York Avenue
- Duryea, PA 18642
- Attn: Consumer Relations
-
- If you want one for one replacement of damaged cards send no more
- than 25 cards in a package, and also include a list of the cards you
- want replaced. If you send more than 25 cards in a package the cards
- will not be replaced on a one for one basis but packs will be sent
- instead.
