  28. the net here.  I too undertook the project you are describing, and my major
  29. obsession was trying to find electronic price information.  I found one
  30. service that provides PCGS certified prices to dealers, but the price was
  31. way too expensive for an individual.

  39.   I'd use the numbering scheme developed by PCGS.  If you order their
  40.  population book, you will see all of the numbers that they use.
