  25. I just led a beginner's trip to Tuckerman's. It's perfect for what you
  26. describe right now, though later it will fill in with snow and
  27. Huntington's will be better (Diagonal and Central gullies are easy
  28. beginner's climbs; you might also consider Odell's).

  31.    What's their capacity? I was there in October but no one was around. Also,
  32.    I know that in the summer camping is not permitted in Huntington Ravine but
  33.    what about in the winter?

  35. The hut's official capacity is only 16 but there's generally always
  36. room. You can also camp outside in a few designated spots for a
  37. nominal fee I believe. There is no camping other than at these spots.
  38. You can call ahead to the Pinkham front desk to see if there's room. 
  39. Also, you probably stay at the shelters at Hermit lake in Tuckerman's.
