- This line of reasoning reminds of the people who invent legal proofs that the
- income tax is uncostitutional thinking that this time the courts will see the
- rightness of thier logic and overthrow the government. Sorry folks, it won't
- happen. The courts have ruled over and over that the Coast Guard does *not*
- need probable cause to stop, board, or search any vessel, any time. This
- could be changed, but only by action of Congress.
