  11. This morning saw a great view of a sharp-shin shivering in the pouring
  12. rain. He looked like he didn't have enough oil on his feathers. Later in 
  13. the morning he spread his wings much like an Anhinga to dry out when the
  14. weather improved. All this within 100 or so feet of Almaden Quicksilver
  15. Park in San Jose, California. I have never seen a hawk act like this; is
  16. this common?
