- No, that's not right. Referenceing the 7000 I just got, the bolt between
- the chainstays near the bottom bracket is used to attach the anti-chain jam
- device that Trek fits on its bikes.

- The front derailleur cable should run through the cable guides on the left
- side of the top tube. There is an additional cable guide located on the top
- of the left seatstay, just behind the seat post. Run the cable through that
- guide and directly to the top pull front derailleur.
