- In Seattle, the rider puts the bike there. The rack is on the front of
- the bus so the driver is supposed to watch to make sure nothing is
- incredibly wrong.

- Metro is not responsible for the bike if it falls off. I don't know
- who is responsible if the bike falls off and it causes an accident, but
- obviously they decided they could live with the potential problem.
