- The best stove that I have ever used is the MSR XGK. It is very light, burns a
- number of different fuels and works well in all conditions. I have used it for
- summer and very cold (-30 C) winter camping and haven't had a problem with it
- lighting or remaining lit. This stove is designed for boiling water and does
- this very well. It does not simmer well, but a bit of patient tweeking can get
- it to simmer.
