  18. You could get a looser-fitting stuff sack and sew compression
  19. straps on it. Tight fit, compact, but easier by far to stuff. I
  20. put three straps with delrin buckles around the sack, bar tacked
  21. them down next to the buckle end, and 180 degrees around I put a
  22. webbing loop for each one to feed thru (So it doesn't shift
  23. sideways on the sack).
