- Well as the lens doesn't touch anything, about the only thing that can affect
- it's performance is dust. The only time I clean my CD lens is when it starts to
- act up (about twice in 3 years). I simply remove the cover (voids your warranty)
- and give it a quick blast or two with compressed air. Note that you want to keep
- the can upright so as not to get Liquid Oxygen on your lens. This has worked
- well for me.
