  12. Hello Folks,
  13.    Does anyone have experience with the Pioneer "Auto BLE" type decks?
  14. I was looking at them over the weekend and the idea seems good to me.
  15. The deck records a test signal on the tape and then reads it off again to
  16. set the bias level for the individual tape in use.  I'm not a fan of gee-whiz
  17. gadgets but this actually aeems useful.  
  18.   The particular models I was looking at were the CT-S410R and the CT-S601.
  19. I think those are the right model numbers.  One has 'quick' auto-reverse 
  20. while the other has selectable equalization curves.  Anyone have opinions,
  21. preferably backed by experience?  Thanks.
