- Hello Folks,
- Does anyone have experience with the Pioneer "Auto BLE" type decks?
- I was looking at them over the weekend and the idea seems good to me.
- The deck records a test signal on the tape and then reads it off again to
- set the bias level for the individual tape in use. I'm not a fan of gee-whiz
- gadgets but this actually aeems useful.
- The particular models I was looking at were the CT-S410R and the CT-S601.
- I think those are the right model numbers. One has 'quick' auto-reverse
- while the other has selectable equalization curves. Anyone have opinions,
- preferably backed by experience? Thanks.
