- Back to the original post - taxing those with incomes > $200K. If you are
- trying to start a small business, you will find that 1) venture capitalists
- are a tight group, and typically don't invest in firms unless the projections
- are for huge returns; 2) banks don't want to touch you unless you have a lot
- of capital to reposses (store inventories do nicely); 3) the only real source
- of investment money for, say, a small startup software firm is professionals.
