- Even more interesting . . . the federal government adds in the present
- Social Security surplus monies when it computes the deficit, otherwise
- the defecit would be much higher. Economists are worrying now about
- when people of President-elect Clinton's age get to retirement (read
- Social Security eligibility) age and how the current surplus will most
- *likely* become a deficit.
