  14. I'm trying to find a bank in New Jersey or southern New York State with
  15. more reasonable fees than the $20 or so monthly I'll be paying if I stay
  16. with Citibank as a fairly-low-income customer.  (read: student.)  If you
  17. like your bank, and think their rates are reasonable, I'd love to hear
  18. about it!
