  22. I disagree; I think NJ has plenty of speed limit signs all over the
  23. place.  Nevertheless, if you didn't see one, the law says that if you
  24. don't see a sign, the limit is 25 for business and residential streets
  25. and 50 for highways.

  29. That's another topic.  We currently have the lowest gas prices in the
  30. country.  I doubt self-serve would drop the prices.  (I assume that's
  31. why you want it.)  I think it would merely raise the price for full
  32. serve, and there are times when you want full serve.
