  30. Contra dancing: a cousin of folk dancing and the Virginia reel but much more
  31. aerobic and MUCH more fun! It's also VERY EASY to do. It involves a dynamic
  32. caller & top-flight LIVE music. This dance form has taken the world by storm.

  34. NO EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY; there is a teaching session beginning promptly at
  35. 2:00.  There is  NO  fancy footwork;  if you can walk, you can contra dance.
  36. A unique social experience - active yet relaxing for singles and couples. 
  37. Partners are NOT necessary.                        Refreshments included.
