  15. Is there any way to read regional newgroups remotely?  That is,
  16. I'd like to read dc.general (moving to Washington next month)
  17. from here in Cambridge MA, but my newsfeed only carries the 
  18. ba, ny, and ne groups.  Are there sites in dc that have anonymous 
  19. access?
