  14. Sorry if this question was asked before but I would like to know
  15. if there are some sites that post messages on one's behalf 
  16. to the soc* hierarchy through email.  Berkeley and ohio state sites 
  17. do not seem to work anymore.  Just to clarify some more, this 
  18. capability is for people who do not have access to news and would 
  19. like to post messages using email.  Please respond by email as I do not 
  20. read these newsgroups anymore.  I will post a summary to these 
  21. newsgroups if I get any answer.
