  11. I am using the rn newsreader.
  12. How do I set the default RNINIT variable so that whenever I use rn,
  13. it will use the -q flag and NOT check for new newsgroups.  The man
  14. page is very vague on how to do this.  I would like to set the RNINIT variable
  15. in a default file, like my .login file.
