  17. I learned vi from a very nice little book called "Learning the vi Editor",
  18. by Linda Lamb, published by O'Reilly & Associates.  O'Reilly also publishes
  19. a lot of other neat Unix books.  You can get a pricelist by sending an
  20. e-mail to nuts@ora.com.  They'll also let you order via e-mail, I think.
