  11. Somewhat embarrassedly, I ask, where *is* the us. hierarchy?  I read the
  12. listings of alternative and mainstream newsgroups Gene Spafford puts out,
  13. no listings of any us. groups there.  I see people refer all the time to
  14. us. groups being perhaps appropriate for some subjects instead of creating
  15. worldwide groups in one of the Big Seven.  Yet, I can't find these
  16. groups... I know that perhaps my site won't carry them, but Nyx seems to
  17. carry a lot of stuff.  Where do I get info on these groups?  What us.
  18. groups are out there?
