  21. I'm attempting (rather unsuccessfully :-() a dialogue with the system
  22. administrator of anatolia.mn.org based on the assumption that he isn't
  23. aware of what is going on.  He's an awesome manipulator of words and
  24. I'm not exactly the best communicator on the face of the earth, so it
  25. isn't going well.

  27. Although I am not involved with the mn.org people (short of living in
  28. the same state), I think they are in the same position as uunet.  They
  29. accepted moolah for services and those services cannot be revoked
  30. arbitrarily.  Even if they were, it would simply mean you couldn't send
  31. mail through anatolia.mn.org; the sysadmin could still dump the news
  32. through uunet (as he's been doing).  Unfortunately, this is (a)
  33. providing a lot of bad press for the hard-working mn.org people, and
  34. (b) causing problems with their news gateway machines as people
  35. mail-bomb anatolia.mn.org.
