  19. Who does run mn.org, then ?  Who is above anatolia in the tree ?  Who can we
  20. appeal to to get anatolia cut off from this supply, since it appears that not
  21. only the users of this system, but also the the sys admin, cannot work out how
  22. to be good net.citizens ?  I can understand umn gettting upset about all the
  23. mail bombings, but if the sys admin at the site won't respond, what other
  24. recourse do we have.  *Someone* must be in a position to cut off the feed.
