  10. There's been some discussion in various newsgroups about forming a new
  11. newsgroup for mycology.  I'd like to form the group, but have no
  12. experience in the process.  Is there a FAQ file or any other set of
  13. guidelines that would walk me through the process?  I'd appreciate
  14. any pointers to appropriate text or any email with advice.
