  16. This is true since it happened to me.  I followed him from a "distance" of
  17. about 500-600 yards at about 75-80.  I noticed when he took an exit ramp.
  18. He took it very slowly waiting for me to pass.  He then proceeded back on
  19. to the highway.  By this time I was doing 55, but that didn't stop him
  20. from pulling me over.  I did not receive a ticket, but I was threatened
  21. with the ticket.  I did receive a long verbal thrashing that lasted at
  22. least 10 times longer than any time I saved by speeding.
