- No no no, you have it wrong! The speed at which the Statie travels has
- nothing to do with the "enforced" limit! You will find, as you live here
- for a while, that you'll see both State and Local police performing all kinds
- of interersting traffic maneuvers (in NON-Emergency situations) of the kind
- that would land one of us mere mortals in traffic court quicker than you
- can say "guilty".
