  20. No no no, you have it wrong!  The speed at which the Statie travels has
  21. nothing to do with the "enforced" limit!  You will find, as you live here
  22. for a while, that you'll see both State and Local police performing all kinds
  23. of interersting traffic maneuvers (in NON-Emergency situations) of the kind
  24. that would land one of us mere mortals in traffic court quicker than you
  25. can say "guilty".
