  27. More, even.  I believe that Registry police can and will pull up behind someone
  28. and run that persons license plate number through their computer, and pull that
  29. person over if there is something wrong, like no insurance, etc...  State police
  30. can't do that, as far as i know, nor can regular city or town police.  If any
  31. body knows differently, please say so.

  59. Yes, it's -definitely- a bad idea to follow a cop because he's doing 75!!  He 
  60. could easily decide to pull you over if he noticed you.
