  13. I was wondering if there is some catch to this. I received
  14. a packet in the mail, and it seems like I won $50.00. All
  15. I have to do is mail in my notifications, and my winning
  16. ticket, and the money is mine. This also will enter me into
  17. the final drawing for 10 million.

  19. Whats the deal, or scam here?  I personally don't know anyone
  20. who has won from this before.
