  11. Seeking reccomendations for agent/provider of home insurance.
  12. What we are looking for would be:
  13.  
  14.     o Convenient to Cambridge (either physically or mentally)
  15.     o Have a better service rating than Fair Plan or Commerce
  16.     o Insure 3-Deckers / Rental property
  17.  
  18. We've been informed that all of a sudden other insurers than the state
  19. run Fair Plan are willing to consider our property. We've already 
  20. experienced Commerce (the other option) and are not sure that's
  21. an improvement. Any ideas?
  22.  
  23. Please mail responses since I'll loose them during our holiday otherwise.
