  30. i would like this case solved fast. from what i remember in the case Fabrikant
  31. was told he "will be locked up" by alan gold, he decided to bring a gun to
  32. school and the rest is sad history. so i say give the man his computer and let
  33. him make a case, since we are all already told he is guilty it should only be
  34. a matter of formality to get a conviction. unless there is some evidence we
  35. dont want presented in court and would rather make the man seem "crazy".

  37. there is no excuse for what the man did but if i was told by a person of
  38. authority about my impending "arrest" i would worry. i i lived most of my life
  39. in the soviet union maybe thats the "good button" to push to "make me crack"
  40. the problems is maybe the coworkers did not expect such a loud "crack".

  42. we should strive to give the entire "truth" a fair hearing,

  47. the question of a computer and a modem is not relevant to the case. if today
  48. Fabrikant decides that a computer is better than a lawyer then that is his
  49. choice.
