  12. I'm wondering if anyone knows anything about the site anatolia.mn.org.
  13. There have been problems with a feed the system administrator there
  14. appears to be providing a feed to a site named ``zuma.UUCP''.  On that
  15. system, a fellow named ``Serdar Argic'' has some (suspected)
  16. semi-automated process for cross-posting mountains of garbage to
  17. utterly unrelated newsgroups.  cf news.admin.policy, any message for
  18. the past few weeks.

  20. I'm getting a little bored of all this crap, personally, and I was
  21. wondering if anyone knows anything about the site anatolia.mn.org.  It
  22. has the following map entry

  39. There is no Ahmet Cosar in my 92/93 Mpls phone book, but directory
  40. assistance was able to help me (376-7873).  I was also unable to locate
  41. a Sedar Argic in my phone book, but directory assistance seemed to find
  42. an S. Argic (722-6858).

  44. People (e.g. Paul Pomes) have tried to contact the postmaster at
  45. anatolia.mn.org and he responded by posting a message to
  46. news.admin.policy saying that ``Paul Pomes of UIUC.EDU in electronic
  47. harrassment business.''

  49. Given that none of these phone numbers are in my phone book, but are in
  50. the 411 assistance, I'm assuming, being the nice person I am :), that
  51. this Cosar fellow is new to all of this and simply isn't familiar with
  52. the netiquette and could use a ``helping hand'' in being pointed at the
  53. appropriate introductory documentation.

  55. On the other hand, he may know what Ardic is doing and may not give a
  56. rip.  Alas, the postings are going through uunet, so there really isn't
  57. much I can do from a censorship point of view. :-)
