  12. I am posting on behalf of someone who is looking to start a commercial
  13. bulletin board to serve a specialized community of users. It would be
  14. supported by subscription fees. He is an attorney and CPA and wants to
  15. start a business. He needs an engineer/operator/system administrator
  16. to set up and maintain a bulletin board system for this business. 
  17. This would be a long-term relationship, and possibly a partnership 
  18. arrangement of some sort. I do not believe that any financial commitment is
  19. necessary--only skill and knowhow. This looks to be close to a full time
  20. task, at least initially.
