  14. I want the Oxford English Dictionary on compact disc! I know they are
  15. available. But they are very expensive. I heard a quote of US$750 from a friend 
  16. but think in fact it costs more. I really can't afford it.

  18. I would like to pay around $300. I'm thinking along two lines:

  20. 1. Someone out there might know of a special promotion on these, or know, say, 
  21. that they are available to students for personal use for less.

  23. 2. The articale I read about these indicated that these CD's are updated 
  24. on some sort of basis. Perhaps your organization would prefer the latest copy 
  25. at all times and I could buy the older.
