  13. I need TWO of the SAME card that will do this:    (With documentation!)

  15. Card must have two serial ports and two serial ports only.  NO game ports.
  16. NO PARALLEL PORTS.  NO clock calendar.

  18. Must be 8-bit cards.

  20. Must have AT LEAST ONE socketable UART on each card.  (So I can put in my
  21. own 16550 UART.  If it comes with at least one 16550 already, that's a
  22. plus).

  24. The card needs to be able to let the user configure which com port is what,
  25. whether the com ports can be disabled individually, IRQs, etc.

  27. The card must have both serial ports on the back edge of the card.  I don't
  28. care whether they're both 9-pin or 25-pin.  I'd prefer one of each, but
  29. that's not too important.
