- A couple of questions about partnerships:
-
- 1) Does profit always have to be distributed to the partners at the
- end of the year?
- 2) If the profit is left in the partnership's bank account, is the
- interest counted as income if (1) is true?
- 3) Is cash method accounting better than acrual accounting?
- 4) What benefits does a partnership have over a sole proprietorship?
- 5) Does a partnership need a name?
- 6) Is a lawyer needed to form a partnership?
-
- Any help would be appreciated.
