  21. Then have it tested yourself for E. Coli and total coliform count.  Don't
  22. get hung up on code requirements which may not have been in place when the
  23. well or septic system were installed.  Have it tested.  That's what matters.
  24. And if it comes up positive, the landlord will have to fix it.
