  12. I am havinf trouble locating the FCC Interconnect Tarriffs 1 & 2 for the
  13. long distance rates as they apply to ATT. I only know that these
  14. tarriffs are the basis for the resellers and aggreators marketing
  15. program and a understanding must be had to effect a relationship with
