  13. QUESTION:  What period of time is specified before foreclosure proceedings can be
  14. initiated by a lender/bank in Norfolk, VA.  In California, it is three months and
  15. then off you go.

  17. Due to physical difficulties, my family let it slip 3 months, at which point I
  18. paid it up.  I do not have it comfortable in my budget for the due date, so I
  19. am always sliding in right before the end of the "grace period" each month now.
  20. They are always calling and "threatening" foreclosure on the current month!
  21. CAN THEY DO THAT?  Thank you for any answers.
