  26. As has been elsewhere indicated, there is a question of whether there is
  27. consideration to support the contract.  Social interaction usually does not
  28. suffice.

  30. As I have noted in several other posts, this contract, even if supported by
  31. consideration, probably is not enforceable as illegal, unless, perhaps, the
  32. administration of RU-486 is limited to licensed clinics and practitioners, not
  33. at this time available.
