- As has been elsewhere indicated, there is a question of whether there is
- consideration to support the contract. Social interaction usually does not
- suffice.

- As I have noted in several other posts, this contract, even if supported by
- consideration, probably is not enforceable as illegal, unless, perhaps, the
- administration of RU-486 is limited to licensed clinics and practitioners, not
- at this time available.
