  12. Situation:  lets say you are running a mud on a commercial site.
  13. You charge nothing for the service.  Does a player connecting to
  14. the mud have any rights in-so-far-as the mud goes?  If they post
  15. a message on a bulletin board on the mud, can you remove it?
  16. Can you delete their player if they "break a rule" of the mud?
  17. Can you ban their site?

  19. Or do they have actual legal rights that they could take your company
  20. to court over?
