- I agree, John. He had a supposedly very good attorney who seemed to stay on
- top of things all the way through *except* for changing the name on the
- car title per the final property settlement agreement. His ex had her own
- attorney, also.

- I think he should hold his attorney liable for the financial impact of
- this incident. But he's so sick and tired of lawyers and the legal
- system he just wants it over with. I'm beginning to wonder, though, if
- his ex will EVER leave him alone and get on with her life. Sad case.
