  29. I agree, John.  He had a supposedly very good attorney who seemed to stay on
  30. top of things all the way through *except* for changing the name on the
  31. car title per the final property settlement agreement.  His ex had her own
  32. attorney, also.

  34. I think he should hold his attorney liable for the financial impact of
  35. this incident.  But he's so sick and tired of lawyers and the legal
  36. system he just wants it over with.  I'm beginning to wonder, though, if
  37. his ex will EVER leave him alone and get on with her life.  Sad case.
