  11. My grandmother has recently taken ill and will probably spend the rest of her 
  12. life in a nursing home. Medicare is currently paying for care, but her limit 
  13. is about to run out(100 days).

  15. She does have a property that will be taken by the state to help pay for 
  16. expenses after the hundred days. The family does have power of attorney of 
  17. her assets. Is there a way we can sell the home just prior to it being 
  18. confiscated by the state?

  20. We've already talked to a lawyer and getting answers from him is like pulling 
  21. teeth. He still hasn't answered the question forthright.
