- The lawyer handling his divorce should not have let him give up the
- car without getting the title out of his name. By the same token her
- lawyer should have also insisted because if he every got in financial
- trouble then her car might be seized. Was this one of those do it yourself
- divorce jobs? If not I would talk to another attornery about whether or
- not the first two performed their work as required.
