- I've had good luck finding people that owe money through
- a credit bureau. According to the bureau, one of the
- legitimate uses of a credit report is in trying to
- collect on a debt. Equifax has a nice feature, you
- can register with them to notify you within 24 hours
- of a credit transaction for a specified person. This
- can be very helpful when the person you are seeking
- if very flaky.
