  36. Let me ignore Mr. Nyikos' rambling in point 2, and mention that in a
  37. recent  post on the local bboards of CMU, I referred to my
  38. african-american interlocuter as a "negro" and no one took offense.  The
  39. african-american thought it was amusing.  I wonder why Mr. Nyikos is
  40. unable to let satire be what satire is.  Obviously, he didn't do quite
  41. as well on the verbal part of his GRE.
