  13. Has anyone heard or dealt with "Federal Record Service Corp"?
  14. I thought I read some discussions about them a while back but
  15. I'm not sure.  The reason I am asking is that I recieved something
  16. from them through the mail.  It is basically an application for
  17. my baby's SSN (ie.  they will process the paperwork for you for
  18. a $15.00 fee).  I'm wondering if they're legit.
